Each and every employee is drug tested and screened for background history prior to employment. SUPERVISION

To assist our craftsmen in scheduling, quality control and a proactive approach to our scope of work- every single project is assigned a non-painting Superintendent. Their role is to facilitate the real-time communication between the field and the office staff, all while maintaining the needs of the client. Currently, Precision Painting Group, Inc. has 1 General Superintendent, and 9 Superintendents. From material orders, pre-mobilization meetings through punch-out, our team of highly experienced Superintendents are involved every step of the way.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

To further ensure the success and completion of each project- on time & on budget; our Project Managers also oversee each of their own individual jobs. This additional layer of checks & balances offers the piece of mind that the job will remain on task and "according to plan."

OFFICE STAFF

Two full time office staff provide an extension of the Project Managers and their duties. From material specifications, warranty paperwork, Certificates of Insurance and close-out documents- our staff is able to tailor each project to the specific needs of the customer.
